Fox McMaster Surveyors have specialist survey hardware and software specific to the need of providing surveys of floor plans.
This survey package includes details such as door openings and swing direction, window opens and design, fixed furniture, wash-hand basins and WC bowls, floor to ceiling heights etc., each of these being able to put straight into CAD whilst on site.
This means that not only are we swift and efficient in an office or classroom environment where possible occupants could be disturbed, but also means that we can present the final information with the same speed and efficiency.
We have great experience in providing internal measured building surveys of schools (e.g. South Lanarkshire Schools , East Lothian Schools PFI) also having experience in completing internal surveys and area calculations with colour coded chart labelling customer and staff areas for Abbey National branches throughout Scotland and Yorkshire.
