Topographical Land Surveying or above ground surveying, provides an extremely detailed plan or map of a specific area of land.
Similar to the surveys carried out in cartography, Fox McMaster Surveyors include contour plans and detail as you would expect in a high scale map from Ordnance Survey (OS) for example, however unlike a cartographer, our surveys include all detail expected from a plan at 1:200 scale, indeed our detailed plans can be supplied at 1:50 scale if so required.
The general, 1:500, 1:200 and 1:100 plans include features such as Fences, changes in surfaces like Concrete, Grass, Tarmac, Sets etcetera and detail as Signposts, Gullies, Kerbs, Bollards and Water Stop Cocks to name but a few in a long list which Fox McMaster include in our surveys.
